Should I watch or should I not!?

The last time I got "kilig fever" for a Tagalog movie was when I got to watch "My best friend's girlfriend" on Channel 7.

But I am having 2nd thoughts on watching this film because:

1.  I am not a Gerald Anderson Fan.  (Blame it on Kim Chiu, if not for her I might have liked G.A. even just a bit.)

2.  I am liking Sarah G. less after her feud with Christine R.

3.  I am not sure if this tandem will be a "click".

Ready for The Script (Finally!)

Finally!  I was able to get tickets for "The Script" Concert.

Scoring 3 tickets has been a long journey.  I tried five time.

I asked for a Lower Box initially, but then it was already sold-out.

Then I thought of getting an Upper Box - A.  But then again, it's sold out.

And so I ended up buying Patron Tickets...just to see The Script Live!

I have found another reason to stay online for another hour.  My newly found favorite website.  An invitation generator that make's inviting people through the email a very interesting one.  No more boring one page invitation, this time...it's a visual presentation.

***  Tomorrow I'll spend my energy on other business???  I am sure of it!  I won't be dealing with Construction Plans and Bid Documents ready for release because I'll be doing other people's homework.  It kinda sucks though because instead of using my 8 hours+ for my "real" job, I am trapped in this "other" job which I didn't signed for.  Come to think of it,  even with "this" sideline my deadlines won't be rescheduled.  What a life!!!***

This time...it's The Script!

Just one week after The Bruno Mars Concert...here comes The Script.  

I would like to thanks Ms. Kris Aquino in Pilipinas Got Talent, if not for you...I will not be able to see that The Script will be having a concert here at Araneta Coliseum.  She announced on the show that BM's concert will be on April 7 and not April 8.  And so I immediately got my ipod and checked out the ticketnet site.  Just after I clicked the link as it was still loading I saw that The Script's scheduled concert will be on the 16th of April.  I opened my desktop and began checking out for the reservation.

Viola!!!  Ticket reservation: Done.  Just waiting for the Ticketnet's customer service for confirmation on when I can claim my reserved tickets.

Now, all I have to do is sing The Script's songs after I do Bruno Mars'.  

See you at the concert!

Lola and Ultimate Fighting Champion

My Lola (age 92) attentively watching UFC on Channel 23.

I was about to go to bed when I heard the familiar voice of Joe Rogan (the UFC Commentator) on TV.  Then I ask my mom why is she watching that.  And then I saw my grandmother (Lola in Filipino), attentively watching the fight.  She was actually standing in-front of the TV.  And then mouthed words every once in a while about the fight.  She was almost standing there for quiet sometime when I decided to grabbed my ipod-touch and snapped photos of her.  And then my "lola" even thought of sitting again for a better view.  She was so into it.

It amazes me that even at her age (did I mention she'll turn 93 this July?), mixed-martial arts still interests her.

I have been Burger Machined once again!

Craving for something to eat.  

We thought of ordering Pizza from Shakey's.  But we are kinda running out of cash here and so we thought of a more affordable meal.  My youngest brother suggested "Burger Machine".  We saw a burger stand last night while on our way home from the movie house.  It has been ages since we last had this burger.  Still tastes good, but not better than Jollibee's burger.  

Just enough to give our stomach a rest from growling like an angry lion.

Two thumbs-up for the film "I am Number Four".

Here's my Top 5 Reason why I "super-duper" like this movie.  I have to admit, I am a bit biased in here.  

1.  Alex Pettyfer is Number Four.  

     I just love him.  He has a gorgeous face.  No one can resist that angelic face.  Can you?  Hahaha!

     Don't argue with me about this reason, because a lot of people watch a film first because of their
     leads.  One good example, Chronicles of Narnia's 3rd Installment.  Poor storyline, but the fact
     that Prince Caspian is one hell of a hunk a lot of female viewer, or even men watched it.
     Agree!? Good.  I once loved him as Alex Rider and loving him more as John Smith a.k.a.
     Number Four.

2.  His name is John Smith.

     The other John Smith I know is also a pretty guy.  Indeed, Mr. John Smith of Mr. & Mrs. Smith
     is the one I am referring to...Brad Pitt.  Hey, still a girl who have crushes here.  Hahaha!

3.  Girl Power!

     Just because the film is about Number Four it doesn't mean that he gets all the power and supreme
     legacy.  Out comes Number Six, the only female in the film that has guns.  Teresa Palmer a.k.a.
     Number Six is wicked in the film.  She was so tender and soft in the film "The Sorcerer's Apprentice"
     as Becky, but here in this film, she is one tough lady.

4.  Film Genre:  Action/Sci-Fi/Thriller

     My cup of tea.  I love Action, I love Sci-Fi and nothing beats a thrilling movie.  This film is like a
     3-in-1 Coffee.  Watching it is definitely like having my daily dose of caffeine.  It wards of drowsiness
     and restore alertness. (*wink)

5.  The story line.

     And I am craving for more.  Hoping for a Part 2.  And I think there will be, their search for the other
     just began at the end of the film.  I am a sucker for this kind film (as I've mentioned on #4), and so
     I wish and hope that there will be more of this film.  Enough of the Twilight Saga.  I mean,
     Edward Cullen has definitely got a competition with John Smith.  He's also fast but definitely more
     gorgeous.  Nyahaha, Alien vs. Vampire!?  Geez!  Pardon me, my imagination's soaring high here.

Me and my siblings watched the film "I am Number Four" on Festival Supermall's Last Full Show Schedule.  Beating the 9:45pm screening time was not an easy task.  We planned to eat on a fancy restaurant together but the plan didn't pushed through because time was against us.  And so we decided to eat @ the very classic and reliable choice ----- Fast Food!  To be specific: Jollibee.

I pour hot water in it....then mistakenly filled it with cold water after.

In an instant, I heared a clicked sound and then  I saw a thin line on it.

I knew then I'll have to discard my favorite mug.

To my dismay, I muttered the words "Wala na akong mug!"

My new mug, given by Arch. Go.

Then out comes my boss (Arch. George Go) from his office holding a mug and smiling

(see picture above), saying "Oh, ito mug mo." (Oh, here is your mug.)

I mouthed the words, "Thank you , sir" while taking the mug from his hand.

I was so surprised because I didn't expect it.

I was thankful at least I got a new mug, 

but I would still search Divisoria Area once again

just to find another Doraemon Mug.

Wednesday is Glee Night!

But I guess my love for these crime scene investigators,

special mention  to the hunky-brain Detective

Therefore the channel was glued to AXN.

And so I missed another episode of Glee.

News Black-Out

I got so tired yesterday...

...I felt like I really needed a longer sleep.

I hit the bed at around 10:00pm...

...and that it is way too early for my bedtime.

I usually sleep at 12:00 midnight...

...But last night, I definitely dozed off fast.

After having my head rest on my pillow...

...Mr. Morpheus sends me to sleep.

That's the reason why I haven't got any post for March 08, 2011.

This Season's Bet

American Idol Season 10 (Year 2011)

I haven't got the chance to see all the boys do their thing yesterday...I just hope my bets from the male hopefuls (Paul McDonald and Casey Abrams) did their best.

Today, I got lucky to have seen the girls perform.  I didn't really have favorites from the female contestants except for Thia Megia - the Filipina.  But after seeing them perform, I have several more on the list.  I got Haley, Karen and Kendra added on that list.

I hope one of them reach Top 12.  Or maybe, win the competition.
