A very rainy Tuesday, that stopped me from reporting to work.
All roads going to Manila are closed and not passable due to the high flood-level.
It's better and safe to just stay home.
Note: No Typhoon inside the country's area of responsibility.
Heavy rainfall is due to the Southwest Monsoon Wind.
