My sister's Angels and Demons Experience

My sister was in Rome, Italy for a day (2 weeks ago) and was so privileged to visit almost all the spots mentioned in Dan Brown's infamous novel Angels and Demons.  Well, she missed one place.  You'll know what place she forgot to checked out as you go on with my Photo Blog.  Let's Begin!

Location:  The Pantheon
Professor Langdon rushes to the Pantheon based on the only clue he has, four lines from a poem by Milton:
From Santi's earthly tomb with demon' hole,
'Cross Rome the mystic elements unfold
The path of light is laid, the sacred test,
Let the angels guide you on your lofty quest.
But Robert soon realizes his errors in deducing the clues and began tracing the Four Altars of the “Path of Illumination.”

THE FOUR ALTARS OF THE “PATH OF ILLUMINATION”

Location:  Chigi Chapel @ Church of Santa Maria del Popolo
Langdon and Vittoria found Cardinal Ebner dead, suffocated with soil and branded with ambigrammatic word “Earth”.

Location:  Saint Peter’s Square
Langdon and Vittoria found Cardinal Lamasse with punctured lungs and his body branded with an ambigrammatic word “Air”.

Location:  The Fountain of the Four Rivers @ Piazza Navona
Langdon found a bound and weighted Cardinal Baggia in the fountain gasping for air.  His chest branded with ambigrammatic word “Water.”  And with the help of several bystanders, saves the cardinal.

Location:  Castel Sant’Angelo
Illuminati’s lair as confirmed by Cardinal Baggia.  There Langdon and Vetra discover a hidden passageway leading to the Vatican.

Location:  St. Peter’s Basilica
The fifth brand of ambigrammatic word is found in the hands of the camerlengo.

She missed visiting the third church, Santa Maria della Vittoria, where Cardinal Guidera was burned to death.  His chest was branded with an ambigrammatic word "Fire."
