...but didn't get the chance to attend the event for I was in Vigan,

battling the stormy weather just to have some fun!

Picture Perfect!  It was how the books of Architecture describes it.  Magnificent!

I would have enjoyed it more if not with the strong winds and drizzles of rain.

Rainy stroll @ Calle Crisologo

The rain can't stop me to have a picturesque stroll @ Calle Crisologo.

Even when the rain was pouring hard and the antique stones are wet and a bit slippery,

I still opt to walk rather than ride the calesa.

It was still fun.
